Late Arrivals + Cancelled Appointments

Your appointment time with your stylist is reserved just for you! Please arrive early/on time for your visit so that we can give you our best in the appropriate time!

We understand things happen, however, late arrivals of 15min or more will not be guaranteed the full service or asked to reschedule.

We REQUIRE a minimum of 24HRS notice to cancel or make any changes to your appointment. Please give this courtesy to our stylists so that they have adequate time to fill your space if they need to!

If sufficient notice is not given, kindly expect a cancellation fee of 50% of your service to be charged. Two or more ‘no shows’ will require a deposit for future bookings. We send text and email confirmations to assist you when life gets a little ‘hairy’, but unfortunately every now and again technology fails us! Please keep in mind that it is still your responsibility to remember your scheduled time!



We love your kids and think that they need great hair too! Select members of our team are happy to accommodate kids cuts, but the salon isn’t the best place for them to hang out. When possible, please arrange for childcare so that you and other guests can enjoy some relaxing time in our beautiful space!

Tuesday: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Wednesday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Thursday: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Friday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
